Fixed Supply
Minted once at genesis. There is no function anywhere that can mint another token.
No Admin Keys
The token has no owner, no pause, no blacklist, and no upgrade proxy. It cannot be changed.
Timelocked Deploys
Every deployment waits 48 hours, can be vetoed by the guardian, and moves at most 20% of the reserve.
2-of-2 Emergency
Operator and guardian must both independently approve before any emergency withdrawal executes.
